Responsibilities

Manage an email support alias for video game publishers and developers, triaging requests, identifying appropriate responses from knowledge base when available and managing assignment of tasks to subject matter experts when not.

Continuously utilize subject matter expert responses to build holistic knowledge base to respond to publisher inquiries.

Project manage large, semi annual video game publisher events across multiple regions. Includes producing and keeping on track with workback schedules, production meetings, scheduling logistics and updates.

Project management a varied set of multi-stakeholder publisher engagements with individual workback schedules across discounting, targeted offers, experimentation and title support plans.

Lead preparation of internal deliverables including business plans, partner snapshots, report cards and title level support plans.

Required

8-10 years of overall experience in the field.

2+ years of Project Management experience.

Stakeholder Engagement: Builds and maintains stakeholder reports, ensuring timely and comprehensive communication, adept at managing stakeholder expectations with flexibility and a positive attitude.

Highly Detailed and Quality-Focused: Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and polished reports.

Project Management Expertise: Excels at organizing project workback schedules and keeping teams on task with deliverables. Communicates effectively and concisely both in meetings and via email updates.

Effective Communication: Prepares clear, accurate, and understandable written text, spanning meeting agendas and recaps, memos, emails, proposals, reports, and professional or general correspondence.

Analytical Proficiency: While not the focus of this role, basic analytical skills leveraging Excel and other tools will be important to identify fundamental business drivers, uncover key elements and translate data into actionable insights.

PowerPoint Proficiency: Able to effectively build PowerPoint slides to communicate project status, schedules and status updates.

Agility in Ambiguity: Confidently adjust with evolving reporting needs and managing varying demands from stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
