Responsibilities
Responsible for management of the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation and project shutdown.
Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for project. Develop project plan and drive project milestones.
Estimate the scope of work to develop budgets and facilitate resourcing decisions.
Perform functional analysis, document requirements, and develop use cases.
Develop test cases and oversee the QA process.
Employ project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project, to deliver projects on time, at/under budget, and within scope.
Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Manage all communication plans, training and documentation.
Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project.

80% of time dedicated to the successful support and completion of client engagements.
10% of time dedicated to supporting internal solution capabilities building.
10% of time dedicated to pre-sales activities in the pursuit of new r opportunities.

Required
3+ years full lifecycle enterprise support of IT initiatives in a functional and/or techno-functional capacity including Business Analysis, Project Management, and professional consulting.
Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word, and Visio.
Interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s Degree minimum with Computer focus which could include Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Computer Applications.
Preferred
PMP
Experience running consulting projects dealing with cloud (ideally AWS) and/or Splunk professional services and managed services solutions
5 years of IT related work experience
