Responsibilities

Coordinating and monitoring billable projects from initiation through delivery

Ensuring billable projects remain on schedule and within budget

Ensuring projects are completed according to the agreed-upon plan. Maintains project financial and project profitability, including resource scheduling, revenue forecasting per project, billing reconciliations, expense reports and time approval for project work, etc

Remain aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks

Monitoring project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members

Assigning /delegating work assignments to project team members

Preparing project status reports on project progress and problems

Serving as a liaison between the company and client to ensure all targets and requirements are met

Assisting management with the evaluation and development of a project plan

Complete weekly Project Status Reports, participate in weekly PMO meetings, and communicate appropriately with Line and Executive Management

Providing weekly updates in planning for accurate forecasting for active projects

Ensuring a smooth transition between sales and delivery for project kickoff

Disseminating information on any problems or potential delays promptly

Assisting where applicable in pre-sales engagements

Travel to customer site when required

Required

10+ years of experience, with strong experience managing NetSuite implementation projects in a consulting environment

Experience managing multiple NetSuite ERP implementation projects a MUST. (Unfortunately, if you do not have this experience, your application will be immediately rejected)

Project Management experience with large Consulting organizations

PMP certification

Several years of consulting experience, with demonstrated experience managing large complex projects in the ERP applications space

ERP software experience

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Ability to see the 'big picture' for globally optimized solutions across all areas in the client organization.

Ability to make decisions independently
