Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with internal teams, universities, student organizations, and diversity groups.
Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment initiatives with long-term business objectives.
Oversee university recruitment events and engagement activities.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for interns and new hires.
Develop and implement scalable processes for program success.
Evaluate program outcomes through survey data and insights to optimize strategies.
Streamline workflows and enhance participant experiences.
Manage resources, such as event schedules and equipment logistics.
Create high-level reports on key metrics and project outcomes for leadership and stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
4+ years in project management, preferably in hiring events or large organizational initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI, for data tracking and reporting
Solid business acumen, including an understanding of ROI and strategic talent development
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Creative communication and engagement strategies
Meticulous attention to detail and excellence in execution
Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
PMP or PMI certification
