Responsibilities
Produce project-related materials, including slides, status updates, release schedules, etc.
Create project plans, clarify and communicate objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities, and flow of information.
Clarify project team operating mechanisms, including storage of project materials and meeting management.
Facilitate project calls and keep stakeholders informed of decisions, progress, issues, risks, and timelines.
Work with sponsors to identify how we will know the project is successful and determine the best measurement methods.
Identify and track tasks, deadlines, risks, actions, issues, and decisions, and escalate issues where required.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs/requirements and facilitate understanding between project members to keep the project running smoothly.
Mitigate risk and keep the project on track.
Monitor vendor invoicing for accuracy and ensure efficient use of vendor resources.
Work with the project team to identify change management needs and develop communications and training plans.
Connect with HR PMO on parallel workstreams to ensure alignment and clarity of responsibilities.
Drive project closure activities, including retrospective/lessons-learned and project close report.

Required
Knowledge of project management best practices and current technologies to plan and communicate effectively with project team and sponsors.
Experience with project management methodologies and techniques.
Experience with applicable business processes sufficient to communicate and consult with team members, customers, and management.
Experience with planning, coordinating, and administering projects in a business and/or technology environment.
Experience with risk management.
Experience with managing multiple projects or large projects.
Experience with managing project plans and budgets.
Experience with facilitating meetings.
Good verbal and written communication skills sufficient to create project plans and other project documentation.
Knowledge of communication, status reporting, and Project Management tools to create project documents and reports.
Excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate conversations with varying levels within the organization/vendors.
Ability to synthesize complex information.
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to customize messages based on the audience (e.g., executives, people doing the work, managers).
Strong Excel skills.
