Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of projects to include the coordination of project activities across various stakeholders
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects
Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects
Act as a representative for senior stakeholders at internal and external meetings
Organize internal departments to effectively control scheduling of projects
Report project cost and quality control activities to client
Provide financial management of operations, monitor expenses, approve/disperse funds, and coordinate accounting and cost allocation
Coordinate construction monitoring with client program manager to resolve problems, disputes and scheduling of work
Prepare contract changes and supplemental agreements

Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline and 5 - 8 years project management or related experience OR high school diploma and 9 - 12 years of project management or related experience
Demonstrated and documented success at managing projects
Strong committed leader who can motivate and engage highly complex functional groups/teams, with superior interpersonal and relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communicator
People oriented with an ability to establish a high degree of credibility with staff and clients
Familiarity with/use of PC-based computer systems
Knowledge of federal and state laws, rules and regulations
Good written and oral expression in English
Current/valid State Driver’s License
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
