Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans and schedules using available standardized templates
Maintains standardized project documentation and logs (actions, issues, risk key decisions)
Leads project team meetings and prepares agendas and minutes
Outlines and tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly
Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.
Acts as liaison between company, project teams, contractors, and vendors in alignment with CAA and producer interests
Communicates and collaborates with project team and staff for coordinate training and information required to design, build and maintain programs, and systems
Works with the appropriate resources to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Familiarity with California environmental laws, specifically SB 54.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong collaboration skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or program being developed.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Resides in state of California.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required.
At least three years of related experience required.

Preferred

PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certificates highly desirable.
