Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end execution of (re)insurance placements, ensuring timely delivery and high client satisfaction.

Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional teams including brokers, analytics, wordings, and client advocates.

Quickly identify process bottlenecks or delays and implement immediate corrective actions.

Escalate critical issues to leadership for additional support or resources as required.

Review and analyze project statistics, identifying recurring issues and areas for improvement.

Provide insights to leadership on process inefficiencies and recommend solutions such as automation, additional staffing, or process refinement.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, progress, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans and provide regular updates to senior management.

Lead efforts to streamline the placement process, leveraging data to pinpoint areas for automation or enhanced care.

Collaborate with the leadership team to implement long-term improvements in workflows and resource allocation.
