Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of current state processes, identify gaps, and define future state processes to ensure they are fit for purpose from a risk and controls perspective.

Identify, document, and monitor risks associated with the modernization project, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues proactively.

Develop detailed project documentation with a focus on risk, ensuring all materials meet regulatory and discoverability standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, and Commercial Lending, to align on risk management goals and communicate findings effectively.

Manage the risk workstream timeline, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all risk-related tasks and responsibilities are completed on schedule.

Present risk-related findings, assessments, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, tailoring communication to maintain focus on the risk aspects of the project.
