Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate installation of new voice/data services.
Plan and coordinate upgrade of existing voice/data services.
Will interface with customers to ensure proper configuration during new service installation and turn-up as well as upgrades.
May interface with customer, Network Operations, and IT support personnel to ensure proper escalation during outages or period of degraded system performance.
Ensure customer data is populated in necessary system.
On call duty rotation participation may be required
Other duties as assigned

Required
Two or four year college degree in business or technical field
Minimum two years telecommunications experience
Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors and business contacts in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision and contribute to a team environment.
Highly organized to handle large number of simultaneous activities in a very fast paced environment, yet flexible to respond quickly to critical issues.
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to make sound decisions using the information at hand
Strong trouble resolution and problem solving skills
Demonstrated knowledge of personal computer applications including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook.
Must have and maintain valid Driver’s license
Minimum two years experience in telecommunications, IT or related fields

CLEC operations experience
