Responsibilities
Drive all phases of the consent management project, including governance, scope, schedule, resource, and risk management.
Leverage knowledge of consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust) to support requirements gathering, system design, and implementation.
Facilitate alignment across multiple parties, maintaining clear requirements and implementation plans.
Manage integration, reporting, migration, and configuration changes across systems.
Present accurate project status, anticipate challenges, resolve blockers, and ensure transparency for business sponsors and stakeholders.
Work closely with external consulting teams and internal IT partners to achieve successful outcomes.

Required
8+ years in project management, with a strong track record in large-scale, complex projects.
Hands-on experience with consent management platforms (e.g., OneTrust) and privacy solutions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive accountability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
Proficiency in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred
PMP or Agile CSM/PSM certification.
Background in high-growth or biotechnology companies.
Familiarity with financial principles (CapEx/OpEx) and PPM tools.
