Responsibilities

Lead the project team, define guidelines, allocate tasks, and monitor resources to achieve project milestones.

Define project plans, schedules, and risk management plans in coordination with the project execution manager.

Monitor project progress, resource utilization, financials, risks, and opportunities. Capture and share lessons learned.

Formally close out the project as per contract, ensure customer acceptance, and acknowledge project completion.
