Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of finance-related projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget.
Manage MS Dynamics financial systems implementations, upgrades, and integration projects, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Oversee project scope, change management, risk assessment, and resolution to meet project goals.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensuring they are met throughout each phase of the project.
Monitor and report on project progress, using performance metrics and dashboards.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Required
8+ years in project management, specifically managing finance-focused projects with MS Dynamics.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong experience with MS Dynamics (implementation, configuration, and upgrades).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred
PMP certification preferred.
Familiarity with financial processes in the context of MS Dynamics.
