Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring timely and within budget completion

Recommend products and services aligned with clients' needs

Execute projects according to the organization's project management methodology

Establish effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers

Coordinate with vendors to integrate them into the project and ensure timely delivery

Supervise project progress and performance, taking actions to resolve operational problems

Collaborate with partners and clients to define project scope, specifications, and requirements

Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate project status

Prioritize and assign tasks to meet project targets

Provide assistance to program/project managers for successful project execution

Required

3+ Years of sales, project management, or project coordinator experience, required

Prior experience with Stormwater construction related projects or products, strongly preferred

Prior use of CRM Salesforce preferred

Experience reading blueprints, building plans or drawings, highly preferred

Proven attention to detail coupled with interpersonal skills

Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.

Ability to be flexible, adaptable and multitasking skills needed, including the ability to balance multiple, urgent requests

Self-starter, creative problem solver, and self-sufficient

Strong time-management skills and ability to function optimally without daily oversight from management
