Responsibilities
Manage client communications and expectations while serving as the primary point of contact during implementation
Define and execute implementation projects, including tasks, deliverables, and staffing coordination
Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal team members
Collaborate with Product Management to recommend and deliver effective software solutions
Present project statuses and report on progress to the executive team

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects, especially client-facing projects
Proven hands-on experience implementing SaaS and/or enterprise software applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project
Preferred
Agile software development experience
Experience in the specialty pharmacy industry
Strong data, business, and financial analysis skills
Ability to deliver outstanding presentations
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building consensus
