Required
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
3-5 years of experience managing complex software projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Agile software development experience preferred
Experience in the specialty pharmacy industry
Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to rapid change
Strong data, business, and financial analysis skills
