Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
Ensure projects meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Oversee complex data migration processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) into Dynamics 365.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the integration process.
Utilize Waterfall methodology to manage project phases, deliverables, and milestones.
Provide detailed project reports, dashboards, and presentations to executive stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
15–20 years of experience in project management with a strong focus on enterprise-level IT projects
Proven track record of delivering data integration projects within budget and on schedule
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP modules)
Proficient in data integration tools and processes, including ETL methodologies
Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and data governance principles
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification required
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in high-pressure environments
Preferred
Master's degree
Dynamics 365 certification is a plus
