Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
Read and interpret construction plans and technical documents.
Facilitate effective communication with clients, teams, vendors, architects, and estimators to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and executed.
Ensure compliance with local construction and safety regulations.
Monitor budget, manage costs, and ensure the profitability of each project.
Coordinate with teams to optimize available resources.
Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
Generate regular progress reports and present updates to management and other stakeholders.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management.
Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
Willingness to relocate to Rockville, MD before employment (mandatory requirement).
8-hour daily shifts in an on-site setting.
Experience using CRM software like Buildertrend or similar for project tracking and client management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
