Responsibilities

Partner with subcontractors, manage and maintain relationships, throughout duration of the job.

Manage budget, contractor negotiations and change orders as needed.

Negotiate prices with subcontractors.

Monitor data, work completion and handle escalations by providing resolutions.

Maintain relationships with customer and provide troubleshooting resolutions during customer calls.

Review tasks during the project closeout to ensure systems are online with our monitoring system, final review on video systems, making sure fire inspections are there from local jurisdictions.

Manage TSP invoices, closeout, sign off etc.

Align data with D365 for efficient task management, task assignment and updated customer expected dates.

Create work orders and projects.

Task packages that are aligned and assign to the project teams.

Maintain department KPI’s dept and manage data throughout duration of project.

Provide support and mentorship to clarify scope of work within the team.

Validate the data, project timelines and ensure team is aligned with customer expectations.

Evaluate risk during the project phases and provide mitigation solutions.
