Responsibilities
Understand the overall vision for the Sales organization and identify how projects fit into the strategic plan.
Build strong relationships with Sales leadership teams and internal partners.
Define and own project management reporting cadence, track progress, and communicate results weekly.
Lead and manage strategic process improvement projects.
Capture feedback for process improvement and prioritize strategic projects backlog.
Conduct regular analysis of performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide governance, support, and oversight for multiple projects.
Facilitate knowledge sharing across departments and projects.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project performance.
Assist with event planning for quarterly Sales meetings.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of project management and operations experience with demonstrated success, preferably in sales and/or health care
Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to motivate and hold project teams accountable to meeting and exceeding project goals and timelines
Complex Project/Program Management
Financial Acumen
Strong analytical skills
Ability to develop and give presentations to leadership teams
Collaborative approach to project management and operations, working effectively with stakeholders across Legal, Marketing, Sales, Learning and Development, Product & Technology, and Sales Performance & Insights
Strong organizational skills. Capable of managing multiple ongoing initiatives with ease
Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, innovation and follow-through
Effective time management skills.
Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor degree required
