Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources.

Deliver white-glove client service, acting as a trusted advisor and aligning ServiceNow solutions to business goals.

Oversee configuration and integration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB).

Ensure healthcare-specific compliance (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) in project delivery.

Lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and foster innovation.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project success.

5+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in ServiceNow implementations.

Strong background in healthcare industry processes and compliance.

Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred

PMP or equivalent certification preferred; ServiceNow certifications a plus.
