Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive data analysis to inform decision-making, project planning, and process optimization.

Facilitate meetings and collaborative discussions with end-users to ensure alignment on project goals, objectives, and deliverables.

Deliver frontline and management-level training on software solutions, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the systems.

Oversee and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed according to specifications.

Act as the primary subject matter expert for relevant software solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Expertise in patient transport, environmental services (EVS), or food management systems will be highly beneficial to the role.

This position requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of operational needs in the healthcare services sector.
