Responsibilities

Create a seasonal plan/calendar for planting, trimming, and landscaping project work.

Work with landscaping contractors to ensure compliance with contracts.

Collaborate with the Director of Engineering and Director of Operations on planning and designing new projects.

Manage holiday activation, decoration, planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

Participate in the removal of single-use plastic and other Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Assist in obtaining quotes, reviewing quotes, and creating action plans for critical inspections and audits.

Track ongoing projects and inventory, staying within forecasts and budgets.

Communicate effectively with various departments and be part of the Resort Emergency & Security Response Team.
