Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the completion of existing project plans and deliverables related to the division separation, ensuring all milestones are met by the targeted separation date.

Facilitate the transfer of knowledge from the consulting company to internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of project activities.

Collaboration with multiple stakeholders in order to meet deadlines, as well as ensure all project requirements are met and effectively communicated.

Coordinate tasks and deliverables across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and timely completion of project milestones.

Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
