Responsibilities
Review and analyze current and proposed federal regulations and recommendations
Draft new forms for Level I assessments, Level II evaluations, and the CARE Manual based on regulatory changes.
Facilitate review meetings with internal team to finalize drafts.
Develop and manage an implementation timeline aligned with the launch of the electronic system.
Create and deliver training and technical assistance for stakeholders

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human services, or a related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in project management or leading program changes.
Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational abilities, and project management skills.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, especially in Excel.
