Responsibilities
Implementing the directives outlined in legal agreements and Court Orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborating with Operations team, Mailing Department, and Customer Support for the smooth management of each case.
Managing multiple cases simultaneously, requiring strong multitasking and priority-setting skills.
Developing communication, leadership, and organization skills to work effectively with legal professionals and clients.
Reviewing legal documents, creating checklists and timelines, ensuring legal requirements are met, and deadlines are tracked.
Coordinating tasks outlined in settlement agreements, such as mailing notices, setting up websites, processing claims, issuing payments, and reporting results.
Providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders, answering questions, resolving issues, and communicating in Spanish when needed.
Maintaining accurate records of each case using tools like Excel, SharePoint, and CRM system.
Issuing timely reports on case status, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.
Interpreting documents between English and Spanish, ensuring consistency and accuracy of terminology and meaning.
