Responsibilities

Drive Project Success: Plan and execute the delivery of our new insurance program.

Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Manage Complexity: Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

Ensure Compliance: Adhere to Aspen’s Change Management policies and industry standards.

Required

Proven track record as a Project Manager in the (re)insurance industry.

Strong understanding of underwriting processes, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in project management tools.

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred

Scrum or PMP certification

Experience with Professional Liability Insurance

Knowledge of MGA/MGU and Delegated Authority business

Tech-savvy with experience in new technology and IT teams

Experience with BPO organizations and group operations
