Responsibilities

Lead and manage project teams for the Medicaid Chip Services Waiver Salesforce Enhancements project.

Apply industry-standard project management practices for Agile teams, ensuring successful project execution.

Implement the PMI framework to establish project organization and methodology within Agile (Scrum) environments.

Coordinate and communicate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

Develop project charters, work plans, and related project artifacts.

Provide technical support and act as the point of contact for both work hours and on-call needs.

Comprehend and communicate complex technical designs, implementations, and business processes effectively.

Present project status, technical details, and deliverables to leadership and oversight entities.

Ensure effective communication between clients, IT teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
