Responsibilities

Provide technical services related to environmental due diligence and remediation on an as needed basis, including program or client-service management level of support.

Provide focused business development support as it pertains to Atlas’s technical practice areas (ATO).

Identify opportunities to grow new business with a focus on expanding Brownfield services to local communities, public agencies, non-profits, land banks and other grant-eligible entities using established “project-development” practices.

Support local/regional/national clients with their Brownfield property management and disposition.

Identify new consulting service opportunities to support the real estate transaction process for environmentally impacted properties.

Present/Publish on Brownfield related issues at conferences, professional associations and other client settings.

Required

B.S. in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field

Professional licenses/certifications (PG, RG, VAP/CP, LPG, CHMM, or PE) required

Minimum 10 years of experience managing environmental projects

Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

In-depth knowledge, experience and success with Environmental Compliance, State and Federal EPA, DNR, BUSTR, DOT’s a plus

Strong time management and organizational skills

Strong written and oral communication skills

Valid Driver’s License

Preferred

Ability to travel 10% of the time
