Responsibilities
Collaborate across the organization to plan, organize, and manage all phases of an engineering product design and manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop and manage project governance plans, project schedules, team goals, success criteria, project milestones, resource management, key metrics, and budgets.
Take ownership and responsibility for issue management, risks, decisions, and the overall success of a project with internal and external (suppliers) teams.
Create and/or manage all project-related reporting, documentation, and deliverables.
Implement standards, processes, and tools used for effective project management.

Required
Bachelor’s degree - preferably in STEM field.
3+ years of mechanical, electrical or design engineering experience.
3+ years of project management experience in a physical product development environment.
Experience with MS Project, Gantt charts, and gate phase project management.
Strategically minded, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to work across the organization to plan, organize, schedule, and coordinate the work of others.
Thrives in a collaborative environment, remains calm under pressure, and builds trust and positive relationships with others.
Ability to travel up to 15%.
