Responsibilities
Develop and control budgets and funding strategies
Schedule and coordinate project interactions among existing and occupied facilities
Manage interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories
Integrate competing and/or conflicting elements into the planning and execution processes
Ensure project requirements flow smoothly
Familiarity with Federal and local government office building projects, procedural requirements, review requirements, and approval requirements

Required
At least six years' experience managing the new construction of wet laboratories
Experience with at least one project with a project value of at least $20 million and a project location in New England
Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining complex, long-term, multi-year project management activities
Developing and controlling budgets and funding strategies
Scheduling and coordination of project interactions among existing and occupied facilities
Managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories
Integrating competing and/or conflicting elements into the planning and execution processes
Familiarity with Federal and local government office building projects, with procedural requirements, review requirements, and approval requirements
Possess a degree in architecture, engineering, business management, or construction management from an accredited college/university, or in lieu of the degree, 10 years of management experience in the construction management field
