Responsibilities
Manage national customers/affiliates concerning Fire/Life Safety inspections and service repairs through phone calls and email
Review Fire Life Safety inspection reports and assessment work orders, creation of deficiency estimate requests, customer quote preparation and work order creation
Project Manager will provide technical support for the Customer Account Managers and assigned customers
Additional duties as requested

Required
NICET Water-Based Systems Layout Level III
Five or more years of Fire Life Safety experience
Knowledge of installing, inspecting, maintaining, and making repairs to sprinkler systems, and peripheral devices.
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Must receive, maintain and track deficiency quotes efficiently
Ability to effectively provide both written and verbal communication
Customer service oriented
Able to work effectively in an independent and team environment
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Preferred
Five or more years of Fire Life Safety experience preferred in the following skill set or sets
Pre-engineered fire suppression systems
Kitchen fire suppression systems
Fire sprinkler systems
Backflow Preventers
