Responsibilities
Assist in the management of the OBL Project Portfolio
Maintain or collect project statuses and other project health indicators
Simultaneously manage specific projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and OBL to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Develop, schedule, and communicate project plans including deliverables, phases, milestones, and tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate with functional units across campus to ensure resources are aligned for project success
Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting project requirements, preparing related budgets, scheduling expenditures, and initiating corrective actions
Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with any project
Perform quality control on the project throughout to maintain standards
Create training materials for end users
Adjust schedules and targets as needed

Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR commensurate project management experience, where two (2) years of experience is equivalent to one (1) year of formal education
Two (2) years demonstrated professional experience in a project management/lead or related capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
Knowledge of the principles and practices of project management
Familiarity with online and blended learning
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
Demonstrated ability to develop best practices, techniques and tools for project planning, execution and management
Excellent communication and presentation skills that invite all stakeholders to the project planning and implementation environment
Preferred
Knowledge of and experience with Project Management software
Professional work experience in higher education
Knowledge of and experience with a Learning Management System
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability work effectively in a team environment
