Responsibilities
Virtually self-supervising and assume direct accountability for their work product and goals.
Provide leadership for the successful day to day operations of the assigned multi-large projects.
Create and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiencies, notify the Executive Management Team of any major issues or concerns.
Managing all business aspects of complex concurrent projects and ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards.
Coordinate, developing reviewing of plans, specifications and estimates for projects.
Ensure all information is properly coded, inputted and tracked into Viewpoint before, during and after project completion.
Identify any waste, inefficiencies or service inconsistencies to determine areas of improvement in relation customer deliverables.
Closely monitor and track employee retention, effectively coordinate the transfer of personnel to other projects once the current project is complete.
Monitor project expenses, research and execute ways to reduce costs.
Ensure the proper closeout of the project.
Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and achieving financial project targets.
Provides organizational and collaborative leadership, controls and relationships.
Fosters and ensures implementation of the corporate safety environment for all employees of CEC to follow and ensure CEC’s safety goals are met or exceeded.
Program/project planning, development, and management processes.
Develop and participate in decision-making and long-range planning activities.
Maintain and redevelop existing Master Service Agreements.
Visit the project job sites at a minimum weekly and interact with crew, customers, and general contractors to ensure satisfactory project completion.
Report weekly via Viewpoint of project health to the CEC Senior Executive Team and ensure the customer is properly updated per their requirement.

Maintain confidentiality at all times
Written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of contract management
Be a problem solver and take initiative solve issues at the lowest level possible. Ability to recognize when an issue is to be given to management
ERP Systems (Viewpoint, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle...)
Be available on weekends and after hours, as required, for community and/or customer events and to provide customer service as it relates to questions and/or concerns
Be willing to travel and stay overnight as required

Bachelor’s degree preferred electrical engineering, construction, project management or related
PMP certification, related Project Management Certification or 10-years related project administrative (budgets, project tracking, material tracking, cost controls…) experience may substitute
Valid Class C driver’s license
Minimum of 4 years of construction management experience or comparable skills in a leadership position
Preferred
Electrical state journeyman or approved equivalent license (i.e.: NCCER)
Previous experience in Public Works, Wastewater, or BESS projects is a major plus
