Responsibilities

Develop project Scopes of Work for the Sales Groups and the Production Department

Identify parts to be procured or refurbished, subsequently working with:

The Proposal Engineer to purchase commercial items and intercompany components

The Production Department to purchase factory materials, outsourced machining and fabrication activities

Ensure compliance with project time schedules, cost control and quality

Ensure synergy between the Sales Groups and the Production Department

Provide constant feedback to the customer on the progress of the project until completion

Perform Risk Assessments, through a constant monitoring of Production Department activities in order to mitigate cost overages and project delays

Reduce the starting time of project activities by developing content for and coordinating project kick-off meetings

Provide project status updates for Sales Groups and Service management

Procure and interpret drawings for the execution of the required production works

Write technical reports for Customer evaluation and for internal record keeping

Provide technical and financial data to the Proposal Engineer to execute project post-mortems

Maintain database of electronic documentation for each project

Domestic and international travel is required (10%-15%)
