Responsibilities

Help onboard new retailers and advertisers to the platform. Follow strict guidelines and processes to ensure smooth integration.

Conduct detailed testing of the coupons experience by interacting with the browser extension, entering codes on merchant sites, and logging any discrepancies or anomalies. Work closely with product and engineering teams to resolve issues.

Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, analysts, account managers, and sales to ensure smooth operations. Participate in stand-up meetings to align on priorities and pivot as necessary.

Collaborate with the sales team to gather merchant logos, upload them to the in-house content management system, and verify proper display on mobile and web applications.

Support various merchant experiences across the Shopping channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of setup and maintenance.

Ensure adherence to established operational processes while maintaining flexibility to adjust to evolving business needs.
