Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP implementation project.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring alignment with the business objectives.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proposing mitigation strategies.
Assemble and manage a cross-functional team of internal resources and external vendors/consultants.
Provide guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the team stays on track and delivers on project objectives.
Oversee team collaboration, ensuring effective communication across all departments involved in the project.
Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, including senior management, department leads, and external vendors.
Communicate project progress, milestones, and any changes to key stakeholders regularly.
Facilitate decision-making, ensuring alignment of the ERP system with business needs and priorities.
Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget by monitoring costs and expenditures.
Efficiently allocate resources across various project tasks and ensure the proper use of tools, technologies, and systems.
Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
Assist in the configuration and customization of the ERP system to meet business requirements.
Ensure that the system architecture and design are scalable and adaptable to future needs.
Oversee the configuration, testing, data migration, and integration of the ERP system.
Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the system meets defined business needs before go-live.
Lead the go-live process, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
Develop and execute a training plan for end users, ensuring they are prepared to use the new ERP system effectively.
Support organizational change management initiatives to promote user adoption and ensure the ERP system's success.
Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support and maintenance post-go-live.
Address any issues or challenges that arise post-implementation and implement corrective actions as needed.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements post-implementation.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of the ERP system.

Required
Experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementation (end-to-end full cycle).
Proven experience with full-cycle ERP implementation, including system selection, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and related business processes.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or similar) is preferred.
Knowledge of change management processes and training initiatives.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, and Waterfall project management approaches.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure.
Preferred
Experience with specific Microsoft Dynamics ERP software is a plus.
Background in industry-specific ERP solutions (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, retail) is advantageous.
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and related technologies.
