Responsibilities
Lead project teams in delivering ERP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
Ensure project results align with client objectives and contract deliverables.
Create and track project plans, including milestones and supporting tasks, and assess any impacts changes will have on cost, resource allocation, and schedules.
Work with supporting teams to develop risk mitigation plans and action plans to address project and program issues as they arise.
Provide timely and accurate status updates to project stakeholders, sponsors, clients and VitalEdge leadership.
Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.
Develop and foster client and internal partnerships in accordance with VitalEdge’s “one team” core value.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven in-depth knowledge of Project Management disciplines.
Five (5) + years’ experience leading large-scale projects/programs with a successful delivery record.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex business challenges while moving projects forward on time, within scope and budget.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 Certification.
Experience with e-Emphasys ERP or managing IT Software Development Projects.
Proficient expertise with project management software (MS Project) and collaboration/productivity tools (OpenAir, SharePoint, OneNote, MS Teams).
