Responsibilities
Execute program tasks and participate as member of Empire Building Challenge team, and the Heat Recovery Team, as well as other programs under the Advanced Efficiency Solutions team
Support technical project scoping and development for energy retrofits of high-rise commercial and multifamily buildings
Work closely with client team members to create market facing resources such as best practices and case studies
Participate in a process to test, measure and adjust to maximize success
Perform data analysis to support reporting, program improvement and new strategy development
Make recommendations for improvements to client's strategies and business processes
Provide excellent project management support for EBC program partners (building owners, MEP firms, solution providers), among others.
Work closely with program partners to facilitate collaboration and problem solving
Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for the Advanced Efficiency Solutions Team

Required
Familiarity with the NYC real estate market, and the fundamental concepts of building decarbonization
Strong technical understanding of building science, the retrofit industry and energy management
Ability to demonstrate motivation and capacity to quickly come up to speed on in-depth technical subject.
