Responsibilities
Foster teamwork and team effectiveness as a servant leader, scrum master and coach for team(s), independently or with minimal direction.
- Facilitate daily, sprint, release, roadmap and other Scrum ceremonies necessary for delivering a high quality solution.
- Lead team(s) in establishing, using and refining of quantitative metrics of performance and value delivery, independently or with minimal direction.
- Enable effective flow of information between team, stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead collaboration of stakeholders through ambiguity or conflict to deliver business strategy.
- Contribute to innovation through continuous improvement within the team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Professional experience (7+ years)
Experience as a scrum master (2+ years)
First level Certified Scum Master or other relevant Agile project management certifications (CSM, SAFe or PMI-ACP)
Proven track record of using Agile methodologies including 3+ years of experience managing large, complex projects in high-tech development environments with multiple teams
Knowledge and appreciation of Agile practices and principles, principally Scrum, and experience advocating these practices and principles across cross-functional organizations
Experience in meeting facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of standards and practices for IT project lifecycle management activities and deliverables
Experienced with Agile Work Management Tool such as Azure DevOps (preferred), Jira, etc.
Experience building and leading new scrum teams
