Responsibilities
Supports and/or leads projects improving claims handling performance
Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational processes; provides recommendations for improvements
Leads research on new technologies and vendor options to enhance automation solutions
Develops action plans and specifications for organizational and process improvement
Prepares cost/benefit analysis related to improvement recommendations
Ensures compliance of quality assurance processes with Acceptance, regulatory, and legal requirements
Coordinates with Senior Claims Management to set strategic direction for claims organization
Leads team involved in system enhancements and changes related to claims processes
Manages communications throughout Acceptance related to claims processes and initiatives
Other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Adjuster licenses and/or the ability to obtain adjuster licenses in all applicable states
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience as a manager and/or demonstrated ability to lead people
Experience in Underwriting, Policy Admin & Premium Billing
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong organizational, time management, and/or prioritization abilities
Strong analytical and technical skills; superior business acumen
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Able to lift 0-10 pounds without assistance
Preferred
Preferred designation as an insurance professional (including but not limited to AIC, CPCU, SCLA)
