Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of the project.

Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation.

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required

Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in the Manufacturing Industry.

Experience in managing customer projects.

Minimum 2 full project development life cycles.

Ability to manage External and Internal Stakeholders.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.

Experience with ERP and MES is a plus.

Expertise in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and IT infrastructure.

Experience with SAP.

Solid experience with the waterfall methodology.

Strong background in IT, including experience as a software engineer and knowledge of programming languages like Java.

Comprehensive Salesforce expertise, including experience with the entire ERP process from quotation to order fulfillment.
