Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones in alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, business owners and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

Possess a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems, EMR, software applications, and infrastructure

Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members throughout the project lifecycle

Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality

Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges proactively

Facilitate resolution of technical issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements

Effectively communicate technical concepts and project progress to non-technical stakeholders

Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, security, and performance solutions

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities to verify compliance with regulatory standards and user requirements.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, specifications, test plans, and progress reports

Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and management
