Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate resources and manage day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Work closely with media, client experience, tech, marketing and business development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management.

Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes and best practices within the agency.
