Responsibilities
Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure all parties are aligned and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
Identify, analyze, and resolve any project-related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and consistently communicate project updates.

Required
5+ years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably within the commercial sector.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
