Responsibilities

Proven ability to monitor, direct and motivate all site activities to ensure schedules are being met within budget.

Lead progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors.

Set deadlines with the site, design and client for resolving issues.

Support the directors and business development manager in securing new business.

Manage all contractual correspondence related to your projects - e.g. project documents, client correspondence, controls and procedures.

Attention to detail ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality projects - the allocation of resources within budget and timelines.

Full responsibility for all health and safety on site as well as leading and coordinating all site disciplines in this regard.

Providing technical advice to resolve problems on-site and to resolve technical matters with design teams.

Ensure that strong relationships are maintained with colleagues and subcontractors to ensure that the coordination work involved can be managed professionally.

Ensure that there are effective systems for communicating ongoing work, concerns emerging, and decisions being made.
