Responsibilities

Manage multiple small or medium size projects simultaneously

Creates and monitors project budgets and project plans

Ability to develop resourcing plan

Identify, document and escalate issues, risks and dependencies

Assist with stakeholder, steering committee and project sponsor reports and communications

Communicate to project sponsors and management

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; establish clear project plans and schedules.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; facilitate communication to maintain alignment and resolve issues.

Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure project success.

Monitor project progress, ensure milestones are met, and report on performance to senior management.

Required

Product Experience in one or more lines of business

1-4 years project management experience

Certification or course work in project management (i.e. CAPM, PMP)

Manage multiple small or medium size projects simultaneously

Creates and monitors project budgets and project plans

Ability to develop resourcing plan

Identify, document and escalate issues, risks and dependencies

Assist with stakeholder, steering committee and project sponsor reports and communications

Communicate to project sponsors and management
