Responsibilities

Strategically plan and create project schedules/templates to ensure all projects are executed on-time and within budget

Create and maintain project documents

Lead scheduled and ad-hoc project meetings, setting agendas and documenting important notes

Troubleshoot project issues by identifying the root cause and implementing corrective actions

Prioritize and execute project tasks to provide smooth flow of progress throughout the project

Proactively manage changes in project scope and advise on effects to timeline and budget

Work with vendors on project procurement alongside project SMEs

Manage project quality and oversee testing activities

Collect and analyze user feedback for bug fix and continuous improvement actions

Communicate project statuses throughout the organization as required

Required

Bachelor's degree is preferred; high School diploma, GED or combination of work experience and skill development is required.

At least 5-7 years of experience in project management focusing on technology, operations, and software applications is required.

PMP Certification

Project management experience should include managing multiple technology related projects simultaneously from cradle to grave

Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio.

Excellent understanding of both waterfall and agile project methodologies and associated tools

Previous experience running projects and deliverables through pre-release testing and validation

ERP implementation and working knowledge of ERP systems helpful

Previous experience and demonstrated competency in Quality Management Systems, preferably ISO 9001

Preferred

Strong technical aptitude is helpful (or desire and ability to learn!). We don't need you to be an engineer, but it would be beneficial if you understood basic electronics theory, basic coding elements, and good manufacturing processes

Interest in automotive technology not required but wouldn't hurt!

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, carry items from one area to another, occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
