Responsibilities
Lead research, design, documentation, implementation, configuration, and validation of solutions to business and associated service delivery needs.
Solve large, complex technical and process problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Focus on the improvement of service delivery processes and procedures, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
Advise leadership on design and implementation of IT Service Management initiatives.
Improve service delivery processes to increase efficiency, reduce resolution times, and improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure all documentation and knowledge base articles are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Provide leadership and work closely with IT teams to streamline technical incident and service request processes.
Lead definition of system/service requirements, gap analysis, and identification of feasible alternative solutions.
Develop, define, and implement key performance indicators and service quality measures.

Required
5+ years of professional experience in IT service delivery, with a strong understanding of service management principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and experience with ITSM tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience with documentation management and knowledge base systems.
Highly specialized knowledge ServiceNow ITSM and/or Performance Analytics applications.
Preferred
ITIL Foundations certification desired
