Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects, including system upgrades, process redesigns, and workforce planning initiatives.
Partner with HR and business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Required
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on HR projects in large, complex organizations.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
